Bert was free to enjoy his reunion, Kaine wouldn't put any kind of stop to it. But when they had finally made it inside and closed the door, well ... They weren't alone. Even as she shrugged the man off of her shoulders, her eyes were trained just ahead of them. Two of the people crammed into the small shack were recognizable. One was Eunyce, sporting bandages around her middle that were bloody, and the other was Ignis, lacking an arm. Both Guardians stared with open wariness, as if neither could decide if they should be grateful or ready to spring into some kind of action.
Behind them were two figures that Bert or any of his might easily recognize: Gunslingers, living and breathing, though one without fingers and the other unseeing, still alive.
"Uh," Her response was so very far from eloquent. "This is ... This one is Tyrann but we should," Her brain struggled to understand what she was seeing, "We should probably figure out what the hell is going on."
